Home makers

If you are living in the village of Ashtarak (we posted about it before), you will find yourself using strange materials for the building of your home. For example, you might use old rusty car parts to make a sturdy fence (although I don't exactly think it will keep anything out).

Also, if you really have to go and can’t make it to your luxurious outhouse, you might find it helpful to relieve yourself in your old abandoned roller coaster car.

Did I mention you could make a fence out of old car parts?

First of all, Ashtarak is no village - it's a town and an administrative center. Second: car parts and other random things (like headboards from grandparent's brass bed, old refrigerators, metal sheets from neighbor's roof) are used to build fences throughout Armenia. And third, where is the copyright info for the photos? Something like "these wonderful pictures are kindly provided by Mariam Ohanjanyan" should suffice!

Other than that - I like the post.
